Processing orders (localizing parts, checking, packing, ordering and shipping) usually takes between 1-3 days depending on the part, warehouse and freight company logistics. Then there is shipping time that depends upon the distance between destination and warehouse, freight company routing and sometimes weather (winter storms, hurricanes etc.). Generally, the average order processing time is 2-4 days but we will always try to ship your order as fast as possible, and in all cases provide you a tracking number upon shipment.
When order is shipped and delivery is rejected, freight company does not return the order back to the warehouse automatically due to costs and the additional shipment confirmation requirement. Instead it routes it to the closest shipping terminal and it waits there untill it is claimed again by either us or the customer. In some cases the company informs us about non-delivered orders after a few days or weeks. Customers should always accept shipment and contact us about possible issues.
